Position opening:

National Accounts/Sales Manager

Primary Purpose of the Position:

Full responsibility for the sales functions for the PMP, Hospitality & Public Housing markets. Manage & direct all sales activities including attending key industry shows & events, managing the external & internal sales reps, distributors & key PMPs. To be the primary face & voice of EcoVenger® in the PMP, Hospitality & Public Housing markets. Continue to increase the use of & expand the sales of EcoVenger® in the US market.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop & manage the annual sales plan & budget including expenses
  • Direct & work with the territory sales reps on their sales activities in their area
  • Direct & work with the EcoVenger® internal sales rep
  • Coordinate all sales activities between the external & internal sales reps including sales leads & targeted accounts
  • Attend all key industry shows & events in the PMP, Hospitality & Public Housing markets
  • Identify & call on key PMPs to induce trial & increase sales
  • Work directly with distributors to increase their efforts in selling EcoVenger®
  • Keep external & internal sales reps & distributors focused & motivated to increase the sales of EcoVenger®
  • Work with the marketing team to properly position & promote EcoVenger® in each market segment
  • Alert management of issues or potential issues that could impact EcoVenger®’s image or sales
  • Ensure all EcoVenger® personnel are in full compliance with all US regulations & laws
  • Train & coach the EcoVenger® sales team & sales reps
  • Assist management in the development & execution of the strategies, planning & positioning of the EcoVenger® product line

Knowledge & Experience:

  • At least 10 years of selling experience in the PMP industry
  • Strong relationships with PMPs & Distributors
  • Proven track record of increasing sales
  • Ability to travel throughout the US about 10% – 15% of the time
  • Ability to manage & motivate a sales team & distributors
  • Ability to drive sales & manage expenses
  • Strong understanding of US laws & regulations
  • Ability to drive sales & manage expenses
